Can I return multiple orders in one parcel?

While returns sent in multiple packages undoubtedly better align with our sustainability goals, it is not yet logistically feasible to process and correctly sort these returns in our warehouse. 

Unfortunately, only the items that belong to a specific return label are insured during the return shipment. If the parcel were to get lost, you would only be able to claim part of the return. That’s why we ask you to send different orders back separately. 

Returns for orders within Germany can be requested through the returns portal to receive the necessary shipping labels.

Return shipping costs for returns from Germany, Austria, Switzerland, and the Netherlands are, of course, charged only once per order.
