How to Register Returns for Belgium, France, and the Netherlands

This article only applies to returns of orders from Belgium, France, and the Netherlands. Information about the return process from other countries can be found in the following articles: 
 
How the return process works:
Register your return easily through the Returns Portal in our webshop. 
  • Returns are possible within 30 days of receipt
  • The items must be unworn and in their original packaging
  • We accept returns of underwear only if they are unworn and unwashed.
  • Please understand that we must reject returns of clothing that have makeup, deodorant, or other stains
  • All you need is your order number and the email address you used for your order
  • After logging in, you can select the items you want to return as well as the reason for the return.
  • If you received your order in multiple packages and want to return them in multiple packages as well, please create a separate return for each package in the Returns Portal to receive enough return labels
  • You can then create, print, and attach your return label to the package. 

Please make sure when packing the items that you put the correct garments in the package and use the correct return label. Also, there must be no other labels or stickers on the package, as this can cause issues with shipping.

PLEASE NOTE:

For damaged or incorrect items, it would be great if you could include a note in your return package so your return can be processed accordingly. Please select reason 10 when registering your return for this purpose.
