As a rule, packages always include a return label and a return form. The return form must be filled out and placed with the items to be returned, and the label must be visibly attached to the package. It is important that no other stickers or labels are on the return package to ensure a quick and smooth return processing.
If the return form is not in the package or has otherwise been lost, you can include a handwritten note. Please provide the following information: item name or number, color, size, quantity, return shipment number.
