Why haven’t I received a refund yet, even though the return has arrived with you?

According to the tracking information, your package has long since arrived at our warehouse, but you are still waiting for the refund? We understand that well, and it is our goal to process returned items as quickly as possible and to initiate refunds. However, it can take up to 10 days from the time the return is received until the refund is processed. This depends on many different factors, such as the volume of packages that need to be processed, the timing of the goods receipt, staffing in the warehouse, etc.

Therefore, we ask for your patience if your refund is not immediately complete or only partial. However, if no payment has been received even after 10 days, please contact our Customer Happiness Team so that an investigation can be initiated.
