You have up to 30 days after receiving your order to return items to us.
Simply fill out the return form included in your package, place it along with the items you wish to return in the package, and send it back to us at your own expense. We recommend noting your tracking number and keeping the shipping receipt—just to be safe in case of shipping delays.
Once your return has arrived at our warehouse, we will process the refund promptly. Please allow for a slightly longer processing time for international shipments.
A few quick tips for a smooth return:
Make sure there are no other labels or stickers on the outside of the package and that only the items from the original order are being sent.
