As a rule, refunds are processed within 10 days of receiving a return in our warehouse and are credited back to the account used for payment.
If you've used a gift card to pay for your order, the refund will automatically be credited back as balance to the gift card. You can then use the gift card code again for your next order. If the refunded amount is higher than the value covered by the gift card, the difference will be transferred to the payment method used for payment.
