No, unfortunately, we cannot change or cancel a registered return in the returns portal. But that’s not a problem! Here’s why:

Simply send back only what you actually want to return. If a package arrives with fewer items than registered, we always record only what actually arrives. In this case, we assume that you changed your mind.

You can simply register another return in the returns portal. If the items are from the same order, you can return everything in one package!
Have you changed your mind and decided to keep the item after all?
We’re happy that you’ve decided to keep it after all! In this case, you don’t need to do anything else, as the return registration cannot be canceled. We’ll simply ignore it if you don’t send anything back.
