How long does it take for my return to be processed?

We are constantly working to optimize our processes so that returned items are refunded as quickly as possible. However, sometimes—especially during peak times—there can be a backlog in the returns processing at the warehouse. So if your package, according to the tracking information, has long since arrived at our warehouse but you have not yet received a refund, it is very likely that we simply need a few extra days than usual.

From the time the return is received until the refund is issued, it can take up to 10 days. This depends on many different factors, such as the number of packages that need to be processed, the timing of the goods receipt, the staffing in the warehouse, and so on.

We therefore ask for your patience if your refund is not processed immediately in full or only partially. However, if no payment has been received after 10 days, please contact our Customer Happiness Team so that an investigation can be initiated.
