This article explains how to register your return if you do not have any return documents. You can find our return slip attached to this article.
To register your return online, you only need your order number and the email address used for the order. You can find the order number:
- in the order confirmation you received by email
- in your customer account, if you have one, under Orders in your customer area

For returns from outside Germany, France, the Netherlands, and Belgium, the return slip must be included with the return shipment. The return slip is generally always included in your shipment. If you did not receive it or have misplaced it, you can also find it attached here.
