Returns have a significant impact on the climate and also involve high additional costs. Therefore, we charge a small flat fee for returned items. This is only a part of the costs actually incurred with a return (shipping, packaging, handling, cleaning, etc.). We cover the larger share of the costs so that you don't have to bear them alone.

For returns from the following countries, we retain a flat fee of per order - not per package - of €2.95 from the refund amount:
- Germany
- Austria
- Netherlands
- France
- Belgium
For returns from Switzerland, the fee is 4.95 CHF.
