You have up to 30 days after receiving your order to return items to us.
Simply fill out the return form included in your package, place it in the package together with the items you would like to return, and send it back to us at your own expense. If you no longer have the return form, you can also find it attached here. We recommend noting your tracking number and keeping the shipping receipt—just in case there are any shipping delays.
As soon as your return arrives at our warehouse, we will process your refund promptly. Please allow a little more processing time for international shipments.
A few quick tips for a smooth return:
Make sure that there are no other labels or stickers on the outside of the package and that only the items from the original order are shipped.
