When can I return an item?
- Within 30 days of receiving your order
- Only unworn clothing with tags still attached and in its original packaging can be returned
- Underwear must be unworn and unwashed
Here’s how it works per country:
- Austria: A return label and return form are included in your package. Please always remember to include the completed return form in the package. If, however, the return label is not included, you can alternatively generate one here. Use this link to create a return label, print it out, and attach it to the outside of the package. Attach the label clearly visible on the outside of the package and drop it off at a Post AT or post office.
- Switzerland: A return label and return form are included with your package. Please use only our label for the return and always remember to include the completed return form in the package. Attach the label clearly visible on the outside of the package and drop it off at a post office.
- USA: Currently, there is no digital returns process, so returns must be made using your own return label and at your own expense. For more information, see the section How can I return something?
- All other countries: Fill out the enclosed return form and place it inside the package to be returned. Please note that we cannot provide a return label here, and the return shipment is at your own expense.
