The return fee was charged twice

In some cases, your refund is processed in multiple steps. This mainly happens when you have sent your return to us in several packages. Each individual return is processed separately and refunded individually. Therefore, you will receive a separate refund confirmation for each processing step.

Each of these confirmations also shows the return fee. This can give the impression that it was charged multiple times. However, this is actually just a display error in the individual confirmations.

The return fee is, of course, only charged once, even if you have received multiple refund confirmations. There is no double or multiple charge.

So if you see several partial refunds each showing a return fee, you can be sure that this is only a display issue and no additional costs are incurred by you.
