I received an incorrect or defective item

Despite careful checks, errors can occasionally occur during the packing process. In this case, you can simply return the defective or incorrect item to us. Register the return easily in the Returns Portal and select "Product damaged" or "Wrong item delivered" as the reason for the return. In this case, you obviously do not have to pay a return fee.

Logistically, it is unfortunately not possible to send replacements for incorrect or damaged items. Therefore, in such cases, we can only offer a refund for the item. You can then simply reorder the item in our shop. Contact us so that we can provide you with a discount code for free shipping. If you received a discount on your original order, we can also apply this to your new order. For this, it is best to contact our Customer Happiness Team directly.

Please note: The Returns Portal is only activated for orders from Germany, the Netherlands, Belgium, and France, and for orders from Austria and Switzerland, the return label should have already been included in the package.
