For returns from Germany, Belgium, France, and the Netherlands, we offer a digital return process. Register your return conveniently through the return portal in our webshop.
For this, you only need your order number and the email address you used for your order. Please note that registration is only possible within 30 days. If the delivery date of your order is more than 30 days ago, we can no longer accept your return.
After you have logged in, you can select the items you want to return as well as the reason for the return.
Now you can create your return label, print it out, and attach it to the package. Alternatively, you can have the label sent to you by email and use the QR code. Please make sure when packing the items that you really put the correct garments in the package and use the correct return label. Also, there must be no other labels or stickers on the package, as this can cause problems during shipping.

PLEASE NOTE:
For damaged or incorrect items, it would be great if you could include a note in your return package so that your return can be processed accordingly. Please select reason 10 when registering your return for this purpose.
