The Fair Wear Foundation is an international multistakeholder initiative that works together with its member companies to improve supply chains and working conditions in textile factories worldwide.
Its strict code of labour practices covers, among other things, the ban on child labour, the right to freedom of association, safe workplaces, living wages and more resourceconscious production in all facilities after fabric production. Compliance with these standards is regularly checked in factories by FWF auditors. And we are also reviewed every year through the socalled Brand Performance Check. We think the FWF approach is strong.
Every company gets the chance and the support to improve its production conditions. Our aim is to support our suppliers in creating and maintaining good working conditions for all employees over the long term. We have been a member of the Fair Wear Foundation (FWF) since June 2015.
And yes — we, too, are reviewed every year through the Brand Performance Check.
