Not happy with the items you ordered, or they don’t fit quite right? No problem — you can return them to us and receive a refund minus a flat fee of €2.95 or CHF 4.95. If your order was initially divided into multiple packages and you send it back in the same way, we only charge you once.
This applies to the following countries: Germany, Austria, the Netherlands and Switzerland. Orders from all other countries must be returned at your own expense.
The return fee is deducted directly from your refund.
