Returns are not free for Changemakers either. This is part of how we want to reduce the especially high number of returns in the fashion industry and encourage more conscious consumption. That’s why we charge a flat fee of €2.95 for all returns from the following countries:
Germany
Austria
Netherlands
Returns from Switzerland cost CHF 4.95.
The amount is simply deducted from your refund and retained. If your return is a warranty case, of course you won’t have to pay any return costs. You can find more information in the article When does the return fee apply and how is it calculated?
