My item is damaged or defective. How do I report it?

We’re sorry if your item doesn’t meet the ARMEDANGELS quality you’re used to. Your feedback helps us keep improving our product quality. To submit a complaint, please send us the following information via our contact form:
  • Order number — you’ll find it in your order confirmation or in your customer account, if you have one. The order number usually starts with SP
  • Item name and item number
  • PO number (located on the label inside the item, above the size)
  • Wash cycle, spin speed and the detergent used — if you have already washed the item
  • 2 photos: one of the item showing the defect clearly, and one of the care label
