It does sometimes happen, though rarely, that pre-orders have to be canceled by us, for example if the delivery date has to be postponed multiple times or if components of the clothing are not available, etc. In this case, you will receive a cancellation confirmation as well as a refund to the payment method used for the order.
Payment for pre-ordered goods is due immediately when you place an order, whether it is exclusively a pre-order or if the order also contains items that are available for immediate delivery.
You can see the expected delivery date for pre-ordered items in our shop and will receive a shipping confirmation for these as soon as they leave our warehouse.
Please note that even when paying with Klarna, the full amount is due immediately and not only after delivery of all parts. If, contrary to expectations, delivery difficulties occur or you want to cancel your pre-order, we can of course refund without any problems.
