If a specific color or size is currently unavailable, you can in most cases pre-order it. Whether an item can be pre-ordered is shown directly on the product page.
The estimated delivery date is also displayed there. You will also find it again in the shopping cart once you add the desired item, and additionally on the order confirmation that you receive from us by email after completing your order. As soon as the item is on its way, we will send you a shipping confirmation that also contains tracking information.
Payment for pre-ordered goods is due immediately when placing the order—regardless of whether the order consists exclusively of a pre-order or also includes items available for immediate delivery.
Please note that even when paying with Klarna, the full amount is due immediately and not only after delivery of all parts. Should there unexpectedly be delivery difficulties or if you want to cancel your pre-order, we can of course refund you without any problems.
