Is it possible to cancel or change my order?

To ensure you receive your items as quickly as possible, orders are processed almost immediately upon receipt, which is why it is no longer possible to cancel or change an order once it has been placed.

Alternatively, you can refuse to accept the package (online or upon delivery) or initiate a return as soon as your order has been delivered. For more information on the returns process, see the article How can I return my order?

Once your return has been processed, the invoice amount will be refunded within 7 days.

Changing the delivery address is also no longer possible after the order has been completed. However, you have the option to specify a preferred or drop-off location for delivery in the tracking information.
