How can I return something?

Unfortunately, there is currently no digitized return process for orders from the USA. This means that you must send items back to us on your own and at your own expense. You can do this up to 30 days after receiving your order. We strongly recommend that you note your tracking number and keep the deposit receipt in case there are any shipping issues.

Refunds will only be processed after the goods have been received in our warehouse. We therefore ask for your patience, as the return shipping may take longer.

To initiate your return, you must fill out the return form that was included with your package and place it in the package with the items you wish to return to us. Make sure that no other labels or stickers are attached to the package to avoid problems with DHL.
