If an item doesn’t fit or you simply don’t love it, you can send it back to us within 30 days. For returns from Germany, a flat return fee of €2.95 applies.
Please note: returns for Second Hand items must be handled separately. The return is created directly in the returns portal of our partner reverse.supply. For your return, please use the separate box in which you received your Second Hand items.
