Can I have my order delivered to a Packstation or post office branch?

Yes, absolutely. Here’s how it works:

 

During checkout, select “Ship order to a Packstation”. Enter your Postnummer in the “Address line 2” field and “Packstation” plus the station number in the “Street” field. Please do not include the word “Postnummer”, otherwise the address may become too long.

 

Please note that DHL can only deliver to Packstations if you have activated the Packstation service. You can find more details here.

 

Simply enter your name and the address of the branch in the address fields. Please remember to include your Postnummer as well. You can find it on the Deutsche Post/DHL website.
