Unfortunately, it isn’t possible to collect your online order from our Cologne store or office, as our warehouse is located elsewhere and all orders are shipped directly from there to our customers. Our Cologne office is where we work on design, product quality, the online shop and new technologies. So the best option is to wait for your order to be delivered by our logistics partner.
