How do I book a repair?

Customers in Germany and the Netherlands can use our repair service, which is provided by our partner MENDED. To use this service, simply visit MENDED’s repair portal and in just a few steps select what needs to be repaired. You’ll then receive a shipping label to send the faulty item to MENDED via DHL. After around 10 days, your garment will be sent back to you by DHL.
